Core competencies
AI assurance
Validation harnesses, evaluation suites, and monitoring for AI systems in production. Output constraint and specification verification for large language model applications. Behavioral testing and failure analysis before deployment, and logging that turns system behavior into an auditable record.
AI integration
Model selection and implementation for organizations bringing AI into existing operations. Guardrail design, evaluation against stated objectives, and a candid assessment of which functions would benefit from AI and which are better served without it. The founder is the sole engineer behind a production AI platform in a HIPAA-regulated healthcare environment: language model orchestration on Azure, structured output under human review, and retrieval grounded in live clinical systems over HL7 FHIR.
Consulting
We review software architecture and provide independent technical assessment of in-house or vendor systems, technical due diligence for acquisitions and investments, fractional technical leadership, and accessibility audits against Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 with remediation guidance. We also advise on AI strategy and adoption. All findings are delivered in writing.
Software engineering
We develop custom applications across web, mobile, and desktop, with the data layers and infrastructure underneath, and deliver the full lifecycle: design, build, test, ship, and maintain. We modernize existing systems to a tested, instrumented, documented, and accessible standard. The practice draws on fourteen years of engineering, including real-time audio systems and consumer software shipped through App Store review.
Web development
We build accessible, performance-budgeted websites and web applications, with WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 conformance built in from the first commit and verified by measurement. Technical SEO and structured metadata are included, the domain, hosting, and DNS are provisioned in accounts the client owns, and every site degrades gracefully on restricted networks.

Docatar
An AI-powered patient intake platform, in beta with pilot providers. Conversational intake ahead of the appointment and structured summaries to the clinician. Application and public site designed and built in house.
Sanctuary Alert
A personal-safety iOS application built and shipped to the App Store. Encrypted local storage, cryptographic integrity verification for captured media, and a bilingual interface. Designed, built, and published in house.
AI validation harness
A validation layer for a production AI system that constrains model output, verifies it against specification, and surfaces failures before they reach a user.
Web development
